Here are our available positions:
Lifeguards: Monitor the safety of all swimmers and guests at city pools, enforce safe swimming programs, pool regulations and rules. Perform rescues, administer first aid, CPR and AED if needed.
Swim Instructors: Teach group swim lessons to children of all ages. Monitor safety of all swimmers and complete pool operations tasks as assigned.
Pool Managers: Supervise the operation of Rohnert Park community pools. Enforce pool policies and procedures, assist in training staff, create summer staff schedules, organize swim lessons and respond to emergencies according to procedures and practices.
Summer Camp Counselors (Community Services Leaders): Provide a safe, creative, organized and fun place for the children in our camp programs. Supervise children, lead games, sports and arts/crafts.
Summer Camp Director (Community Services Coordinator): Oversee the daily operations of our Teen Excursion Camp. Maintain the safety of campers and staff, problem-solving and creative planning during daily excursions.
All trainings and required certifications can be provided in-house.
